Who is this for?
It's for any small business owner wants to take their business to the next level. If you think your business should be making more money, then this is for you.
How much do you charge?
Your rate will vary depending on your individual situation. Some clients need more than others, and we tailor each clients' solution specifically for them.
Will it work with my business?
Our process is very simple, you'll see you can't just purchase our service from our website. Before we get started we'll have a quick 30 minute consultation to see if we're a right fir for each other. Having said that, we can help most businesses.
How long are your contracts?
We typically have one year contracts after the initial trial period. Each customer requires an enormous amount of attention during the setup process. This setup period is typically from 2 to 3 months and has significant costs attached. We offset that with an annual payment plan in the form of a contract.
Basics Questions
If I have questions, is there someone I can talk to?
Yes, we always answer our phone. Mondays through Friday between 9AM and 5PM EST. You'll get a live human on the phone.
Will my information be secure?
100%. Any information relating to you, your business or your products remain strictly your property and we'll never use it for another customer or sell it.
How do I cancel?
Just reach out to us. We'll try to make it right. We don't charge for our initial consultation, you get that on the house. There is an initial trial period that you get without paying any money once we sign the contract. You can cancel at any time during this trial period. If you want to cancel after that, our per item or per hour prices will apply for all the work we've already done. After that sum is settled, we'll let you cancel.
What happens after I schedule a call?
We'll jump on a quick 30 minute zoom call and get to know about each other. We'll make sure that we can actually help you in a sifnificant way and you'll get to decide if you're comfortable enough to trust us with your business.
I already have a website and some other systems, can you still help?
Yes! There are millions of websites that don't make any money. Our sole purpose is to take you from start to finish making money both online and offline and in your store if you have one.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a free consultation before any work begins. After that we offer you a free trial period to see if we live up to your standards. Any payments made during this period is fully refundable, except for domain names.
